With over 750 hours of formal training in both the East and the West, I’ve cultivated a teaching style that blends traditional wisdom with modern precision.

I specialize in creative sequencing and alignment, and have a deep love for yoga philosophy. Over the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching in both India and the West, mentoring students through teacher training programs and private mentoring. This experience has deeply influenced how we’ve structured the curriculum at Satya Yoga School — with a focus on creating an environment where students can grow physically, mentally, and spiritually.

For me, yoga is not just about the postures — it’s about alignment in life. I’m passionate about guiding students to find their authentic voice as teachers and to deepen their practice in a way that feels true to who they are.

I trained in:
- 200h Hatha & Vinyasa  - 300h Ashtanga & Vinyasa  - 100h Yin Yoga  - Additional training in Yin (50h), Anatomy (30h), Flexibility (20h), and Rocket Yoga (50h)

I am thrilled to bring my unique experience and perspective to the school: helping students to connect with the deeper aspects of yoga — not just the physical, but the mental and spiritual — and explore this dimension of the practice.

My spiritual path began in Mexico and Peru with a different tradition than Yoga: the native and ancestral medicines and rituals. After almost ten years of initiation and experiences working in healing retreats, I've managed my own plant medicine center guiding ayahuasca ceremonies and supporting deep personal transformations. These profound experiences shape the way I approach yoga — as a tool for healing and inner growth.

I’m particularly passionate about yoga philosophy and the timeless wisdom that underpins every aspect of the practice.

I completed my 200h training in Ashtanga, Hatha, and Vinyasa, along with additional certifications in Yin Yoga (50h) and Anatomy (30h).

Beyond yoga, I have studied Ayurvedic massage, sound healing and water healing, which completes my holistic approach to both practice and teaching.
